 COMMEMORATIVE PAVERS

One consistent revenue stream for RCFF is our Commemorative Paver Program.  You can purchase a paver in honor, memory or celebration of someone special to be placed on the fairgrounds at the South or North gate entrances.  Pavers may be purchased for $100.00 each at the Fair Office, 100 Old Corvallis Road, Hamilton or by downloading the order form.

LEAVING A LEGACY THROUGH PLANNED GIVING

In addition to the most common types of donation, that of cash and checks, we welcome alternatives known as planned giving.  These allow you to hold on to your money and other assets for now, making sure you can provide for your future financial needs while still providing a way for you to make your legacy gift. The special aspect of planned gifts is that they can be arranged to provide important benefits to you, the donor, as well as to the future of  your Ravalli County Fairgrounds, the Ravalli County Fairgrounds Foundation, Inc. and your community.

You might consider some of these planned giving options:

  • Gifts of Personal Property - assets such as artwork, antiques, coin collection, boat etc. that you no longer want are valuable gifts to RCFF.

  • Real Estate - by donating a second home or rental property that you no longer use or want to maintain could minimize or even eliminate capital gain taxes.

  • Life Insurance Policy - consider making RCFF the beneficiary.

  • Bank Accounts - designate RCFF as your 'Pay on Death' or 'Transfer on Death' beneficiary and your gift does not have to go through probate.

  • Gift by Will or Living Trust - often referred to as a 'bequest'

  • Gift of Stocks, Bonds and Mutual funds

These are just a few ways to "give", checking with your financial advisor will help you determine which is best for you!

DIRECT DONATION OF MATERIAL, EQUIPMENT or SERVICES

Due to limited County funding, each year the budget falls short of all the maintenance, repairs, improvements and enhancement that the fairgrounds need to have done.  To support the operation and keep the facilities save, the fairgrounds often must rely on donations and in-kind gifts from generous individuals, businesses and organizations in the community.

Due to ever changing needs at the fairgrounds, please contact the Ravalli County Fairgrounds manager at (406) 363-3411 for current specific items and services needed.

ANY AND ALL DONATIONS ARE GREATLY APPRECIATED!
